As a part of our annual Lights of Love campaign, VHHP will also be selling Ice Candle Luminaries to be displayed during the Lights of Love tree lighting ceremonies. The tradition of lighting a candle for a loved one goes back many years and will provide a beautiful display in the downtown areas during the festivities. Donors are encouraged to take luminaries home with them following the ceremony. Please mark your calendars and join us for the Lights of Love tree lighting taking place at the Cook Library on Friday, December 4th @ 5:30 pm and at the Orr Visitor Center on Saturday, December 5th @ 5:30 pm. You are also invited to join us following each ceremony for coffee, cider and treats. Please take this time to remember a special person(s) in your life and to assist local hospice patients and their families during a challenging time in their lives by joining the tradition today! |
